Key responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons across year groups.
• Work closely with students to boost confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
• Deliver lessons, assess student progress, and take on a more advanced role in planning and teaching.
• Lead small group sessions and interventions to support academic progress.
• Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• A passion for supporting young learners in their academic and personal development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
