OverviewThe International Demand Planning Manager leads and coordinates demand planning activities across Insulet’s International Markets. This strategic role involves managing Demand Planners, ensuring accurate forecasting, enhancing SandOP maturity and driving the integration of financial forecasts with demand planning.

Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting and Accuracy: maintain forecast quality and accuracy across international markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand plans.

Regional Leadership and Team Management: lead and develop a team of Demand Planners across regions.

System and Process Optimization: optimize planning systems and processes to enhance SandOP maturity.

Product Lifecycle and New Product Launch Management: manage introduction and lifecycle of products within international markets.

Technical Expertise: apply analytical tools and demand planning methodologies to forecast demand.

Leadership: proven ability to manage diverse teams and develop talent within an international environment.

Education And Experience

Relevant experience of progressive demand and/or supply planning experience, preferably in international or multi-regional roles.

Demonstrated track record of improving forecast accuracy, enhancing SandOP processes, and successfully managing cross-functional initiatives.

A minimum of bachelor’s degree
