Our client, an established company in the Building Control sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join their team, covering projects along the M1 corridor. This permanent role focuses predominantly on commercial projects with additional opportunities to work on residential schemes as well.Key Responsibilities:Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and standardsAssessing plans, specifications, and building workProviding expert advice to clients and stakeholdersMonitoring construction projects throughout their lifecyclePreparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with contractors, architects, and other professionals to facilitate project successIdentifying and resolving building control issues in a timely mannerEnsuring health and safety compliance on all projectsJob Requirements:Experience in building control, particularly within commercial projectsStrong understanding of building regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to assess and inspect a variety of building projectsLevel 2D certification or equivalent qualificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects effectivelyValid UK driving licence for site visits along the M1 corridorBenefits:Permanent position within a reputable companyDiverse workload with a focus on commercial projectsOpportunities to work across ..... full job details .....
