The Role Reporting to the Despatch Manager and, out of hours, the Shift Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for coordinating shift activity, leading the team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse and despatch operations while maintaining excellent customer service levels. The role requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and a proactive approach to health and safety, performance management, and continuous improvement.
