We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover sites across South London, Surrey and the surrounding areas. The Role Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer As a Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of leisure facilities. Key Responsibilities: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs): Emergency lighting testing Fire door inspections and minor remedials Water temperature monitoring Legionella compliance tasks General statutory compliance checks Reactive Maintenance: Basic electrical repairs (lamps, ballasts, sockets, fault finding) Basic plumbing (taps, toilets, minor leaks) Replacing ceiling tiles and carpet tiles Minor decorating and making good General building fabric repairs This is a varied, hands-on mobile maintenance role suited to an all-rounder with strong building services knowledge.Salary and Benefits £41,000 Door-to-door travel paid Standard rate paid for the first 50 hours per week (including travel) Overtime: 1.5x Monday Saturday after 50 hours Double time Sundays and Bank ..... full job details .....
