Senior Quantity Surveyor - Regional Contractor. A growing privately-owned building contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. Projects across commercial, blue-light, education, training, healthcare and leisure sectors, typically £5m - £30m. The initial project is a refurbishment of a police station valued at £8m, where you would act as the commercial lead alongside an experienced project delivery team.Requirements
