Commercial Property Accountant.THE ROLE responsibilities for the Commercial Property Accountant will include:Preparation of quarterly management accounts (including profit and loss, balance sheets) for 5 entities.Preparing financial statements for 5 entities.Performing monthly bank reconciliations.Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses.Preparing payment runs.Preparing monthly cash flow reports and projections.Month end closing.Posting journal entries including accruals and prepayments.Assisting with / submitting VAT and CIS returns.THE PERSON requirements for the Commercial Property Accountant

are:At least 5 years within a commercial real estate / property company.Experience with financial reporting and management accounts is essential.Be tech savvy – proficient in Excel.Have experience of using a property system such as MRI QUBE, Yardi, TRAMPs or similar.This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you will be hands–on and gain lots of experience.Please note that due to volume we cannot get back to everyone, however every application is looked at and considered and will be held on Trident International''s database for review.
