Recruitment/Office Administrator- - 22.5 hours a week - FTC 12 month contract-

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a PT Recruitment Administrator- for our client based in central Aylesbury.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-2:00pm-

Salary: -15,792-

Contract: 12 month FTC

Hybrid working-

Duties:

  • Managing recruitment platforms and liaising-with recruitment agencies with reference to current roles
  • Collating of applications for vacant positions
  • Booking and organising-interviews
  • Completing administration for new recruits, including pre-employment-information
  • Ordering stationery, liaising with the landlord to arrange any external-repairs-
  • Managing incoming post-
  • Assisting payroll with processing expenses
  • Greeting incoming visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great customer service experience-
