Carpentry TasksRepair and replace doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and kitchen units.Fit locks, handles, hingesMake safe any damaged timber works after reported emergencies. Plumbing ResponsibilitiesFix leaks, repair taps, traps, wastes, toilets, and radiators.Clear blockages and ensure water systems are functioning safely.Replace basic plumbing fixtures when required.
