Frontline Construction is currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in carpentry to oversee projects across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

• Supervising day-to-day site operations and ensuring smooth running of projects

• Coordinating trades, materials, and deliveries

• Reading and interpreting drawings and plans

• Ensuring health & safety is maintained on site

• Reporting progress and any issues to senior management

• Hands-on carpentry work when required

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry

• Strong carpentry background (essential)

• SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)

• First Aid certificate (advantageous)

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential – travel between sites required)

• Good communication and organisational skills
