Seasonal Retail Assistant Our Opportunity We currently have opportunities to join our Retail team as Seasonal Retail Assistants. We have a variety of full time and part time hours available, for experienced, hardworking and reliable individuals to join the Glengoyne family. As part of our retail team you will be responsible for assisting visitors in our distillery shop, advising and guiding customers with their purchases, and ensuring that a consistently high quality retail experience is offered to those visiting Glengoyne. We re looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, who can use their own initiative, have a positive work attitude and a proactive approach. Our experience offering is varied and our visitors come from all over the world to learn about Glengoyne whisky, so the ability to adapt and build rapport with different types of customer is essential. Typical daily tasks include sharing your product knowledge to advise customers, processing transactions, receiving orders and replenishing stock, and maintaining the presentation standards of the retail space. The retail shop is open from 10:00 to 19:00, seven days a week; however, these hours may change based on business needs and customer demand.
