Our client Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is looking for a Qualified social worker to join their Mental health team.DutiesWork as part of a team and understand the strengths and challenges of multi-disciplinary working and be able to deliver an effective and efficient service to the public.Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of adults through the provision of high-quality social work practice in assessment, care planning, and review.Co-produce and implement care and treatment plans and act as a care co-ordinator in accordance with key legislative requirements of the Mental Health Measures Wales (2010),Work within and understand of the principles of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act (2014).Undertake mental capacity assessments and work within the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.Be familiar with WARRN risk assessments and assess risk in a collaborative and structured way that balances risk with autonomy and choice.Identify and promote individual strengths and independence.Work in collaboration with other agencies and adopt a multi-disciplinary approach where appropriate.Ensure that electronically held records, including case recordings, assessment, care and treatment plans, and reviews are completed and updated in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.Benefits of working with RemedyA personal one-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.Top tier supplier across London giving us first access to jobsReferral ..... full job details .....
