Principal Design Engineer

with expertise in

structural or geotechnical engineering

to lead and oversee the design of complex civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with innovative problem-solving and proven leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of safe, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and review detailed designs in

structural or geotechnical engineering , ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Oversee design changes and resolve technical challenges during project development.

Contribute to client meetings and provide technical input to support business development.

RequirementsDegree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master''s ).

Significant experience in design engineering, ideally within infrastructure or major civil works.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience leading design teams in a structural or geotechnical capacity.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
