This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position working on high-quality chassis and structural components for the automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating robotic welding cells, ensuring precision, consistency, and quality output. You''ll play a key role in supporting our trusted supply chain by programming, monitoring, and maintaining robotic welders in a fast-paced production environment. Key Duties: Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce chassis and structural assemblies. Set up and adjust welding robots and associated machinery to meet production schedules. Work from technical drawings, work instructions, and programming to ensure weld accuracy and quality. Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections, identifying and resolving defects or deviations. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding robots and ancillary equipment. Maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with company health and safety policies. Collaborate closely with the wider production team to optimise workflow and minimise downtime. Report production progress, issues, and maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
