Vice President, Loan Agency (Transaction Management)

You will also support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements.Support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.Close and manage complex transactions.Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction.Qualifications:
