HR Officer (Maternity Cover)Our client, a prestigious establishment based near Oxford City Centre, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an HR Officer.This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and prestigious establishment, and you will be providing generalist HR support across the organisation. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £35-41.6k alongside a generous benefits package. This is a full-time role however the client is happy to consider part-time too. This is a maternity cover position, with flexibility on length (up to 12months) dependent on the candidate and potential for extension. The RoleProviding advice and guidance on all aspects of employment, recruitment and performance managementManaging recruitment processes end-to-end, including placing adverts, conducting and arranging interviews and managing the on-boarding processPreparing the monthly Payroll alongside the Finance teamEnsuring all Visa applications and renewals are conducted inline with regulations Maintaining electronic and hard copy personnel files Any other ad-hoc HR related tasksThe Ideal CandidateExperience of managing HR processes in a similar role Experience of managing recruitment end-to-end, from advertisement, vetting and on-boarding Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detailCIPD LV5 is desirable but not essential The BenefitsThe successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team at a highly prestigious ..... full job details .....
