High School Testing Proctor (fixed-term until June 2026) Reports to: High School Principal and SLD Head of Department Hours: Full Time Start Date: January 2026, or sooner if possible Salary range: Grade 6 on the support staff salary scales Overall purpose The High School Testing Proctor is responsible for supporting students in the High School''s Learning Support Program which comprises students in Specific Learning Difference (SLD) classes as well as those with accommodations only (AO) by providing supervision and logistical support to students taking assessments. In addition to assessment supervision, this proctor will provide logistical and administrative support to the SLD high school team. Summary of Major Responsibilities: Arrange and organize test accommodations for learning support students'' exams Coordinate and proctor assessments During assessments, provide appropriate guidance to students'' clarifying questions and follow up with teachers as needed. When required, provide social and emotional care to help students re-engage with their assessment.
