Interim Transactional Finance Manager

Interim Transactions Manager 12-Month+ Contract Based in Dudley, West Midlands Immediate Start SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced and hands-on Interim Transactions Manager to support our client''s finance function during a critical systems transformation. We are seeking finance professional to step into the day-to-day management of our transactional finance operations while our client''s current Transactions Manager focuses on project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support across Purchase and Sales Ledger functions:Raising sales invoices and reportingPosting purchase invoices and paymentsManaging internal group recharges Support Credit Control: Reviewing and assisting with "on hold" listsResolving invoice/payment queriesReview and support payroll activities:Weekly analysis of overtime and absencesPosting monthly payroll journalsPerform regular bank reconciliationsInvestigate and reconcile mis-postingsCollate data from legacy systems to support ERP transitionArchive and clean up existing Sage dataSupport with annual external audit preparation Contract Duration: Initially 12 months About You: Previous finance management experience AAT or CBE qualified (or equivalent experience)Solid understanding of transactional finance processesConfident working hands-on in a fast-paced environmentExperience using Sage and/or ERP systems desirableProactive, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running ..... full job details .....
