Vehicle Body Repair Technician - TewkesburySalary: Negotiable pending experience.Hours: 40-hour week. 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start/finish times.Due to expansion, our client, a long-established automotive accident repair centre primarily specialising in motorhomes and caravans, is currently looking to hire a Vehicle Body Repair Technician to join their business in Tewkesbury. Reporting to the General Manager as part of a friendly workshop team working with a variety of customer vehicles, including caravans, motorhomes, horse boxes, vans, and other vehicles, your key responsibilities will include:Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.Mix paint to match the vehicle colour and apply it using spray guns and other equipment.Repair and reseal damp areas.The successful candidate must be able to repair fibreglass, plastic and aluminium.If suitably experienced, carry out additional body repairs such as panel, MET, or habitation.Work with other team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that health and safety procedures and guidelines are being followed at all times.To be eligible, you will need to have current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
