Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and relevant lessons in line with theandnbsp;KS4 and KS5 Business Studies curriculum, includingandnbsp;GCSEandnbsp;andandnbsp;A-Level Business
- Foster critical thinking and commercial awareness throughandnbsp;case studies,andnbsp;market analysis, andandnbsp;entrepreneurial projects
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encouragesandnbsp;independent learningandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;enterprise events,andnbsp;business competitions, andandnbsp;cross-curricular initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting student development
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
