They are pioneering a smarter way forward in wireless technology, with a breakthrough solution that simplifies design architectures, streamlines production and reduces supply chain waste. They are on a strong upward trajectory with big expansion plans.To join their freshly created IC Design team, they seek a Senior RF IC Design Engineer to be responsible for:Designing RF circuits including wide band LNAs, RF switches, digitally tuneable capacitors and other analog circuitsSupporting silicon RF IC circuit integration into multi-chip modulesSetting up co-simulation environments, developing simulation modelsUsing RF measurement equipment and troubleshooting measurement issuesMentoring less experienced IC Engineers in the group, and fostering a positive, supportive working culture within the teamQualifications

Established experience in RF IC Design with extensive experience with Cadence toolsExperience in RF IC Design using various silicon technologies, including SOI as well as detailed transistor level knowledge including LNAsExperience of the Cadence toolsuite (Spectre would be a plus)Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the drive to really make an impact within a fast-moving start-up.For the right candidate, visa sponsorship and relocation assistance can be provided if needed.For details, please contact Caroline Pye.Location: Cambridge, England, United KingdomDetails
