This role offers a mix of office-based and hybrid working arrangements after training.Key Responsibilities:Draft Suitability Reports (New Money, Fund Switches, Pension Transfers, etc.)Conduct financial product research using tools like FE Analytics, Cashcalc, and DefaqtoManage new business submissions and complete data entry tasksPrepare meeting documentation and assist advisers in client communicationsAct as a point of contact for clients and providers when advisers are unavailableEnsure adherence to compliance standards in all activitiesMaintain CRM systems (e.g., XPlan, Intelligent Office)The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Essential:2+ years'' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services sectorGCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to analyse and interpret numerical dataDesirable:CII Level 4 Diploma or working towards it ..... full job details .....
