What the Role Involves Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: to help someone live well at home. You ll support with: Personal care and daily routines Medication reminders and mealtime support Mobility and confidence with moving around the home Light household tasks to keep things safe and comfortable Companionship because connection matters You ll visit the same clients regularly so you can build trust and make a real impact.
