Permanent, full-time position available. Essential Experience Required in: Baking bread and cakes from scratch. Working within a catering/food manufacturing environment and a knowledge of quality procedures and health and safety. Duties will include: Mixing mixes Scaling and moulding All aspects of tablework Hotplate Ovens Decorating and associated duties. Hours : Full-time position available Monday-Saturday (approx 43 hrs/ week) or on request a 5-day week can be agreed with a mid-week day off (Saturdays are essential).
