Transaction Tax Director (Growth-Focused Role) — Senior Tax Consultant with 9 years plus experience in tax recruitment, to lead and grow the Transaction Services team’s presence in London and the South East.Location: London/South East. This is a senior, high-impact role with a strong focus on business development and leadership.What you’ll be doing
Leading end-to-end transaction tax engagements – strategic advice, due diligence, structuring, and planningPartnering with clients to develop tax strategies aligned with their commercial goalsDriving business development – identifying opportunities, winning work, and supporting revenue growthBuilding strong relationships across the MandA landscape – intermediaries, legal, PE, industry, and internal teamsStaying ahead of tax law changes and communicating insights clearly and confidentlyProject managing service delivery with a strong focus on quality and efficiencyMentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented cultureOverseeing key operational metrics – budgets, team utilisation, and working capital managementAbout you
You’ll be an experienced transaction tax professional with a strong track record in both technical delivery and business development.
