Job Title: Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Employment Specialist) Location: Havant, Fareham and Gosport (community-based, South England) Salary: Up to £29,500 Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Trigon Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist provider integrated with Stop Domestic Abuse to recruit a Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Employment Specialist). This is a community-based role supporting individuals who have experienced domestic abuse to move towards sustainable employment. You will deliver support in line with the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, embedding the IPS Fidelity Scale to ensure a high-quality, evidence-based approach. We actively welcome applications from candidates with lived experience, including those who have personal experience of domestic abuse or related challenges. Your main base will be the Stop Domestic Abuse office, with regular travel across Havant, Fareham and Gosport. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload (up to 25 participants) of service users who have experienced domestic abuse, providing personalised, recovery-focused employment support.
