Working closely with Partners, you will play a key role in managing and developing a diverse private client portfolio, while also supporting and mentoring a growing team. Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and trustsProvide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services across income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance taxBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorReview complex tax computations and returns prepared by junior team membersLead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring high standards of deliveryWork collaboratively with Partners on strategic planning and business development initiativesCandidate Profile:ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)Proven experience managing a mixed private client portfolio within a professional practice environmentStrong technical knowledge across personal tax disciplinesDemonstrated experience in team leadership and staff developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approachWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
