Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Accounts and Reporting Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for multiple sites Deliver clear variance analysis with insight into occupancy, revenue, costs, and profitability Support month-end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain strong financial integrity and alignment with Group reporting standardsBudgeting and Forecasting Support annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts across all divisions Work closely with General Managers and Operations to understand revenue drivers and cost pressures Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for pricing, new site openings, and investment decisionsCommercial and Operational Analysis Analyse revenue, occupancy, margins, and KPIs to identify performance opportunities Support commercial teams with pricing, renewals, and profitability analysis Provide actionable insight to drive efficiency, cost control, and service excellenceBusiness ..... full job details .....
