Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking to recruit Autism Support Workers/care workers to work within a Special Needs School in the Peterborough area The school caters for pupils with SEND with a wide range of needs, aged between 4-19. These needs include but are not limited to ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy and challenging behaviour.The role will be to provide personal care, assist with supporting meal times and other physical support needs such as assisting with moving and handling requirements. As a personal care assistant it is essential that you are able to provide support to maintain the students dignity and Independence at all times, have an encouraging nature and be able to maintain positive relationships with students and staff.
