DescriptionAs the Interim Fire Safety Manager, you will: Support the Responsible Person in discharging statutory fire safety duties.Develop, implement and maintain the organisations fire safety, strategy, policies, procedures and standards.Monitor Compliance with Approved Document B, BS5839, BS9991, BS9999, PAS9980 and other relevant fire safety guidance.Provide professional fire safety advice to senior management, operational teams and stakeholders.Manage the programme of Fire Risk Assessments across the property portfolio.Ensure FRAs are completed by competent persons and reviewed within statutory and organisational timescales.Monitor, prioritise and track completion of FRA remedial actions.Ensure suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments are in place in accordance with Article 9 of the RRO.Review fire incidents, enforcement notices, near misses, and significant findings to ensure FRAs remain current.Ensure asset registers and compliance records are accurate and maintained.Monitor contractor performance and ..... full job details .....
