About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Manager to take charge of a fast-track industrial refurbishment project in Harlow. This is a 12-week contract overseeing the works from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities.

• Oversee programme delivery and ensure works are carried out to specification.

• Enforce site health & safety compliance.

• Coordinate logistics, materials, and workforce.

• Maintain progress reporting and liaise with the client and senior team.

• Ensure quality control and timely handover.

Requirements:

• Previous experience on industrial refurbishment projects is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in site management roles.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
