About the roleAs an IT Support technician with expertise in IT domain you will collaborate with our client''s IT Support team. You will be responsible for supporting the secure migration and refresh of laptops, ensuring accurate handover, tracking, and reporting throughout the project life cycle.Tell me more, tell me more Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:You can also ask our friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.Shifts:Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) - 9:00 am - 5:30 pmNote: Active SC (Security Clearance) - mandatory for this roleRoles and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Assist with the setup and daily operation of the onsite Refresh ClinicTransport devices between onsite storage and the Refresh Clinic as instructedLog into systems using contractor-provided devices under supervisionRefresh laptops and manage device handovers according to the migration scheduleCollect existing devices from users and distribute new ones following project protocolsEnsure accurate device counts and update the contractor''s workflow management system at each stepPromptly report any issues to the Contractor Engineer and Site ManagerEscalate unresolved issues to the onsite Post Migration Support EngineerConduct daily manual stock checks and report findingsPackage returned devices correctly and label them for disposal or ..... full job details .....
