AC ENGINEER WITH COMMERCIAL CONTRACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A TEMP TO PERM POSITION ACROSS THE WEST MIDLANDS Job Title: Mobile AC Engineer Location: West midlands Hourly Rate: £21.27 - £28.25 per hour Contract length: 6 months Temp to perm Call out 1in4 Van Provided and Fuel Card No private use All specialist tools provided Mix of office blocks, car parks Zoo etc Responsibilities For Mobile AC Engineer Role: very strong in building services as they will be doing basic compliance PPMs such as water temperatures and emergency lighting to name a few as well as AC servicing breakdowns etc The role full time will be 47k basic for the right candidate. Scope of role, • Monday Friday 8am to 5pm with an hours unpaid lunch. • AC Bias with a heavy Building service element. • Region is whole of the midlands but mainly concentrated towards the west midlands. • Will be on a callout rota 1 in 4 West or East Midlands more toward West.
