Interim HR Business Partner

We are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner, for an immediate start, for a non- profit organisation in South East London. Presence onsite ideally 3/4 days a week will be required initially ideally with some flexibility to work from home 2 days a week once established in role. -Supporting the Head of HR - on general HR and improving organisation wide engagement.-Employee Relations - case management both informal and formal, grievances and absences. -Improving general compliance, audit of data to determine improvements required. -Implementation of strong operational processes - improved workflows for HR team. -Updating of policies and procedures - complete review and update.
