Carpenter/ Junior Carpenter required for a growing and well-regarded interiors company to work fitting Mobile window Shutters.

As part of the installation team, you will be responsible for travelling to residential and commercial sites in and around the Kings Langley area.

We are ideally looking for an experienced and reliable Fitter with a strong carpentry background to join their installation team.

You will travel to customer sites, install shutters to an exceptional standard, and act as a professional and friendly face of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to residential and commercial sites to install bespoke shutters
• Read and interpret fitting specifications and measurements
• Use hand and power tools confidently and safely
• Ensure high-quality, clean, and accurate installations
• Communicate with customers on-site in a courteous and professional manner
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient scheduling
• Carry out final checks and ensure a tidy work area upon completion

Person specification:

• Carpentry or joinery experience is essential
• Previous experience fitting window treatments, shutters, or blinds is a strong advantage
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Strong communication, customer service skills and a friendly manner
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt on-site where needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
