Senior Support Worker - Supported LivingJob Title – Senior Support WorkerSalary – £27,705.60 per annumHours – 37 per week comprising 18.5 hours admin and 18.5 hours direct supportResponsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day running of the service and coordinate person-centred care for service users.Oversee the development and implementation of care plans to provide meaningful choice and increase independence and participation.Collaborate with service-users and their families in planning and delivering a range of creative and social activities on site and in the wider community.Mentor and provide support and supervision to a team of dedicated support staff.Support the Project Manager with tasks such as rota planning, payroll and service planning (strong IT skills required).Support individuals with moderate to profound and complex learning disabilities, including additional mental and physical health needs.Qualifications and experience
Experience of supporting people with complex needs and additional mental health needs would be advantageous.Strong IT skills to enable rota planning, payroll and service planning.What we offer
