Carpenter Multi Trader

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader for maintenance work around domestic properties in Basildon.

The Carpenter Multi Trader will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.

Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (plus 1/5 call-out)

Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
• Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting where required
• Record all jobs and tasks using the PDA system
• Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
• Maintain clean tools and equipment; report defects to supervisor

About you as the Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Experienced Carpenter with proven multi-trade skills
• Recognised carpentry qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
