What Are We Looking For Our in-house design team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our business in our office in Warrington to assist in the delivery of water treatment solutions across England. You will take on a leading role in aspects of projects from scoping and detailed design right through to implementation, ensuring compliance with Client Specifications and current regulatory standards, with a strong focus low on carbon solutions. Some of your key duties include: Oversee design aspects of projects from inception to implantation. Ensure compliance with Client specification and current regulatory standards. Develop design deliverables. Complete checking and approval processes. Arrange procurement of goods and services. Prepare work scope estimates/quotations. Assemble contract works information documents. Consider project health and safety, quality and environmental matters. Liaise with all key stakeholders for the projects. Implement project change control and programme requirements. What do you need? Mechanical design engineering experience within municipal water/wastewater is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience in process engineering or a similar industry environment. Experience of working in a multidiscipline design team. Design management experience is highly desirable.
