We''re currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team at a well-established residential children''s service in the Colchester area. Responsibilities

Day-to-day leadership and service management

Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations

Supporting your team''s development and wellbeing

Driving occupancy and ensuring financial performance

Working closely with external professionals and stakeholders

Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and child-centred care

What We''re Looking For

Minimum 2 years'' experience working in a children''s residential care setting within the last 5 years

Minimum 1 year supervising or managing care staff

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and safeguarding practices

A trauma-informed, person-centred approach to care

Excellent communication and leadership skills
