A west end based investment management firm is looking to recruit a senior RFP candidate. This is a new hire to build out their team in London. As the business becomes more institutional focused, they are looking for a senior writer to improve their processes and produce quality RFPs.Key responsibilities:Manager and deliver RFP focused projectsComplete RFPs, DDQs, DDDs and pro-formasProvide sales support for all fund and company related information requestsCo-ordinate with the sales teams on content, context, nuances, deadlines and client needsLiaise with all company departments to complete and help peer review RFPs and DDQsResponsible for the ongoing maintenance of PMAPSWork closely with senior stakeholders across the Distribution businessCandidate Profile:5+ years previous RFP writing experienceExcellent organisational skillsExperience reporting into senior stakeholdersA proactive and hardworking attitude with a passion for producing quality workCompetent in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg and RFP software“Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
