I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work on void properties in Chesterfield on social housing works. The role is a 9 week contract at -18 per hour with possible extension.

The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:

• 2nd fix joinery tasks such as hanging doors, skirting boards, kitchen repairs and fitting
• 2nd fix plumbing such as changing taps, basins and toilets
• Finishing skills such as patch plastering, tiling and painting

The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:

• NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
• Experience working on council properties previously
• Full and valid UK driving license

In return the Joiner Multi Trade will receive:

• 9 week contract with possible extension
• Work van for usage in the day time
• -18 per hour paid weekly (CIS available)
