Marketing Manager - Premium Multi-Brand Restaurant Group

Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to support and drive our clients premium national hospitality groups brand and marketing presence.The Marketing Manager will sit at the heart of our marketing function, taking responsibility for campaign development, calendar planning and cross-functional briefing across key specialist channels (e.g. digital, PR, design, social, CRM).You will work across all four brands, helping to bring campaigns to life and ensuring brand clarity, consistency and cut-through across all guest touchpoints to ensure clear differentiation, driving footfall, growing brand equity and supporting business performance across existing and new sites.This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires strategic thinking, creative flair, commercial focus and an ability to balance both day-to-day marketing activity and long-term brand growth.Key Responsibilities:
Campaign ManagementLead the planning, briefing, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for seasonal, brand, and site-level activity.Own the group-wide marketing calendar and ensure alignment across all internal and external stakeholders.Manage timelines, asset delivery, and approvals across campaign workflows.Briefing and Channel Coordination:
Write clear, strategic briefs for internal teams and external partners (designers, PR, digital, content creators, etc).Ensure all campaigns are delivered with consistency and impact across digital, social, print, CRM and in-venue comms.Brand and Content Support:
Champion brand guidelines and ensure every touchpoint reflects the tone, values and aesthetic of each brand.Support the creation of copy, messaging frameworks and content briefs as needed.Oversee brand and campaign asset management across the business.
Local and New Site Marketing:
Support site-level marketing planning and local campaigns to drive awareness and footfall.Ensuring a solid local marketing plan is execution to build upon the global marketing plan and implement a hyper local marketing strategy.Coordinate new opening campaigns, working closely with operations, PR and creative teams.Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and work with channel owners to optimise activity.Feed insights and learnings into future planning cycles.Skills and Experience:
3+ years in a generalist marketing role, ideally within hospitality, food, retail or lifestyle sectors.Proven experience managing campaigns and briefing into multiple specialist areas (design, digital, PR, etc).Exceptional organisation and project management skills, with a calm, can-do approach under pressure.Strong written communication skills, including briefing documents and marketing copy.A sharp eye for brand detail and visual consistency.Collaborative and personable - able to build strong relationships across departments and agencies.
