We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified MEP Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a major MEP-biased construction project located in Aztec West, Bristol, with additional responsibility for supporting projects across the wider Bristol-Wiltshire region.

Responsibilities

Lead MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning on a flagship project in Aztec West

Provide technical MEP support across multiple regional projects

Manage subcontractor performance, quality control, and compliance

Ensure integration of MEP works with overall construction programme

Drive project performance across cost, quality, safety, and delivery

Collaborate with commercial, planning, and delivery teams

Qualifications and Certifications (Essential)

Minimum HNC in related discipline

Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS, APM, or PMP certified)

CSCS card (managerial/professional level)

SMSTS (5-day) - Site Management Safety Training Scheme

First Aid at Work

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale MEP works from pre-construction through to commissioning
