Business Analyst Retail. Digital and In Store ExperienceWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support a major retail transformation across in store and digital channels.This role is hands on. It needs someone who can get into the detail quickly and work closely with teams on site.3 days per week on site in London office - This is a firm requirement.What you will be doingWork across EPOS and front end till systems. Focus on how they operate today and where they can be improvedShape and define UI and UX improvements. Make the customer journey faster and simplerSupport design, discovery and research. Look at what next looks like in retail. Especially around speed and seamless checkoutContribute to ecommerce and omnichannel work. Including click and collect, checkout journeys and product placementSupport smaller workstreams including e invoicing and VAT related changesWork closely with stakeholders in workshops and delivery sessionsWhat we are looking forStrong Business Analyst background within retail or ecommerceProven experience working on EPOS or till systemsSolid UI and UX experience.
