This is a customs-clearance focused role, supporting both import and export movements across European road freight, with a particular emphasis on compliance and accuracy.Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customs formalities are completed correctly and on time, supporting the smooth movement of road freight across borders.Key ResponsibilitiesCompleting customs clearance for European road freight (imports and exports)Preparing and submitting customs declarations and supporting documentationProcessing customs entries using AS400, CNS, and ASMEnsuring all shipments comply with current customs legislation and proceduresLiaising with internal operations teams, hauliers, customers, and overseas partnersResolving customs queries, discrepancies, and clearance issuesMaintaining accurate records and audit-ready documentationProviding general administrative support relating to customs and complianceEssential:Previous experience working as a Customs Clerk or in a customs-focused roleStrong understanding of customs clearance within road freightHigh level of ..... full job details .....
