My client are an established international organisation that designs and manufactures their own products for the energy sector.

They are seeking a Part Time Receptionist based in Littleport to: 

  • Answer Phones
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Arrange transport as and when necessary
  • Process expenses
  • Back Office Duties (Filing, Scanning)

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Prior experience within a Reception or customer service environment with the organisation and booking of travel, hotels etc.
  • Able to evidence a good standard of spoken and written English
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • A desire to achieve a high level of customer service
  • Organisation skills with the ability to manage own time and workload effectively
  • A current, clean UK driving licence.

Salary & Working Hours:

  • £12.75/hour - 16hours per week (Thursday & Friday 8am - 5pm)
