My client are an established international organisation that designs and manufactures their own products for the energy sector.
They are seeking a Part Time Receptionist based in Littleport to:
- Answer Phones
- Meet and greet visitors
- Arrange transport as and when necessary
- Process expenses
- Back Office Duties (Filing, Scanning)
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience within a Reception or customer service environment with the organisation and booking of travel, hotels etc.
- Able to evidence a good standard of spoken and written English
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- A desire to achieve a high level of customer service
- Organisation skills with the ability to manage own time and workload effectively
- A current, clean UK driving licence.
Salary & Working Hours:
- £12.75/hour - 16hours per week (Thursday & Friday 8am - 5pm)
