Venesky-Brown''s client, a public sector organisation in Inverness, is currently looking to recruit 2 x Administrators for a contract initially for 1 to 2 months on a rate of £13.57/hour (PAYE). This role will be remote, however you will be expected to travel to inverness to pick up your equipment (accommodation will be paid for). Responsibilities: - Support on a wide range of administrative tasks. - Ability to work on/complete a wide variety of tasks often with conflicting priorities. - Impeccable attention to detail. - Ability to use initiative (an example could be when they have a question about something they detail what they think the solution is and we can discuss etc). - Support with the production of minutes for committees and other meetings/groups. - Work collaboratively and efficiently as part of a multi-functional team Essential Skills: - Minute Taking experience - Good general admin experience - Ability to manage multiple competing demands - Ability to process complex information If you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch. ..... full job details .....
