We are particularly looking for candidates who are Multilingual/Punjabi/English speaker. We also welcome applicants who are drivers (though this is not essential). Full training and support are provided to ensure our staff are skilled and take pride in their work. As a Home Care Worker/Domiciliary Care assistant, your main duties will include: Ensuring the highest levels of care by supporting Service Users with tasks such as washing, toileting, dressing, feeding, and other daily living activities. Assisting Service Users with their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual care needs. Promoting privacy and dignity at all times while providing attentive care. Supporting individuals with limited mobility or physical difficulties, using any aids provided. Monitoring Service Users who may be confused or have behavioural challenges. Promoting continence care and personal hygiene. Delivering care for Service Users requiring palliative care or who have progressive illnesses. Completing care plans, written daily records, and Medication Administration Sheets in line with company policies.
