People Business Partner (Central & EDI)

About The Role
In this role, you will be a contributing member of the wider People Team, bringing your professional knowledge and personal creativity to continuously improve the quality of the People Service to the Central team.This role will support the Head of Business Partnering to review the current Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and delivery of the DandI initiatives across the network.You will gain exposure to many different aspects of the charity’s strategy and operations and be accountable for the successful management of the full employee life cycle, including systems and processes as well as leading excellent client relationships across the organisation. You will work closely with the school facing People Business Partners to ensure consistency with policies and procedures across the network.The People Business Partner (Central and EDI) will report into Head of Business Partnering. This role is currently operating hybrid working in our West London Office on a permanent basis working full time.Interviews will take place w/c 6/10/2025 and 13/10/2025.
Key Responsibilities
Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadlyContinuously drive improvements in process and policies through external market trends, insight, and internal best practiceChampion and help create an inclusive culture where all individuals feel supported to work at their bestPartner with Ark’s People team to support all key people processes, providing guidance, coaching and constructive challenge when appropriateSupport with the design of the next DandI strategy for the organisationUtilise and analyse data to identify Diversity and Inclusion issues and trends both within schools and the broader organisation, to inform developments and relevant improvement initiativesWork closely across the People team on key projects including supplier reviews and road mapping key priorities to find efficienciesKey Requirements
CIPD qualified Level 7 (or equivalent experience) (Chartered MCIPD desirable)Right to work in the UKBenefits
