Deputy Manager (And Lead in Positive Behaviour Support) We''re looking for a Deputy Manager for a complex care at home service - they deliver support to children and adults with complex healthcare needs, learning disabilities and behavioural needs. Importantly, we''re looking for the incoming Deputy Manager to have experience in managing and developing positive behaviour support plans, as you''ll take the lead on this area for their clients - developing their PBS plans for clients and supporting and coaching the delivery teams on implementation. A PBS or mental health qualification would be advantageous but not essential, as long as you''ve had some training and exposure to implementation.
